The Xiaomi 12T PRO is a smartphone that is designed to work worldwide, but comes with no warranty in the United States. It is only compatible with T-Mobile, Metro PCS, and Mint, and will not work with other carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Boost, AT&T, or Cricket. The phone features dual Nano SIM support and is capable of both 5G and 4G LTE network connectivity.
The phone has a large 6.67-inch AMOLED DotDisplay with a resolution of 2712x1220 and a high 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 and supports over 68 billion colors. The phone also features HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display is also certified by SGS for low visual fatigue and features 360° ambient light sensors.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 14nm processor that features a 1x Prime core (X2-based) that clocks at 3.2GHz, 3x Gold cores (A710-based) that clock at 2.75GHz, and 4x Sliver cores (A510-based) that clock at 2.0GHz. The processor is supported by a Qualcomm Adreno GPU and a 7th Gen Qualcomm AI Engine.
The Xiaomi 12T PRO has a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W wired turbo charging, which can fully charge the phone in just 19 minutes. The phone also features Xiaomi AdaptiveCharge technology.
The camera system on the phone consists of a 200MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear camera system has features such as OIS, AF, and HDR, while the front camera is a 20MP in-display selfie camera that supports features such as AI beautify and AI portrait mode with bokeh and depth control.
The phone does not have an SD card slot and comes with 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. It also features a liquid cooling system with a super big vapor chamber, multilayer graphite sheets, and boron nitride film. The phone also has a range of sensors, including a proximity sensor, 360° ambient light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, electronic compass, color temperature sensor, IR Blaster, and flicker sensor.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
